Une autre vision des cartoons
Découvrir des artistes utilisant des techniques modernes tel que la 3D pour revisiter des icônes classiques est toujours un régal pour moi. J’ai découvert le travail de Gal Yosef au travers de cette série qu’il a lui-même baptisé “The Iconic Series“.
Son idée ici est de reprendre différentes figures classiques de Disney et du monde des cartoons pour en faire une version plus moderne grace notamment à l’usage de la 3D, son domain de prédilection. On retrouve ainsi Donal Duck montrant fièrement un statuette de Mickey, ou bien encore Winnie avec un pot non pas rempli de miel mais d’argent. La réalisation est excellente, et j’espère que Gal continuera cette série avec encore d’autres personnages !
