Pulp Fictions

Astor Alexander is an illustrator from San Diego, California, fan of video games and pulp culture. Remember, pulps are those little magazines from the early 20th century, legendary in the USA. The first crime stories, fantasy stories (Robert E. Howard wrote the first Conan novels in pulp magazines !), sci-fi… Their covers were amazing, featuring the biggest painters of the time. Alexander Astor imagined what pulp covers would look like if they were inspired by Dragon Ball, Zelda, Mario and Metroid !
