French Paper Art Club and Geek-Art are really proud to reveal you their next art show : Dance With Shadows by the incredibly talented Nicolas Delort, featuring his most recent works on various themes of pop culture and movies.

With his first solo art show in Paris, Nicolas Delort French amateurs of pop culture will (re)discover his incredible scratch card work, a reminder of Gustave Doré’s XIXth century artworks.

After studying physics, Nicolas reaches a school of art, and gets his first jobs for French publishers, as a cover artist. His talent is quickly noticed, and he finds a way into the world of alternative movie poster with clients such as Mondo, Black Dragon Press and of course French Paper Art Club and Geek-Art. Amongst many other artists, his sources of inspirations are Arnold Böcklin paintings, and the symbolist painters fo the second half of the XIXth century. Visual universes you can find in his various works.

The premiere of the art show will be next Wednesday the 23rd of March at the French Paper Gallery, and will include many recent works such as Jaws (Mondo), Inception, Zelda (Hero Complex Gallery), his Universal Monsters and Charlie Brown Series (Dark Hall Mansion), and also his Batman and Wonder Woman works for French Paper Art Club… And many more. Most of the artworks will be signed APs, available in the gallery in limited quantities.
