Yeah ! Un nouvel artshow chez Mondo, cette fois sur le travail de Jason Edmiston, présent dans les pages du Geek-Art Book, un illustrateur de génie maniant à la perfection humour et pop culture. La preuve avec cette petite merveille, un hommage très reaganien à “They Live” de John Carpenter (Invasion Los Angeles en VF), le cultissime film qui a inspiré Sherard Fairey pour son fameux “Obey”. Bref, hâte de voir les premières images !
Yay ! Mondo strikes back with an artshow dedicated to Jason Edmiston, the genius illustrator who handles perfectly pop culture and humor ! The proof with this great tribute to John Carpenter’s cult movie “They Live”. Yes, this great movie with the legendary quote ” I’m here to kick ass and chew bubblegum… And I’m all out of bubblegum”. Not to forget the fact that he inspired Shepard Fairey for his Obey… Anyway can’t wait for this artshow !
