Labbit the Barbarian !
If like me you’re a fan of vinyl sculptures and pop culture, no doubt that this new project by Kidrobot will thrill you ! The famous vinyl brand indeed teamed up with great pop artist Frank Kozik (who created the now famous Smorkin’ Labbits, those little cigarette smoking vinyl figures at Kidrobot) to create giant vinyl sculptures inspired by the works of Frank Frazetta. Yes, you read it well, Frank Frazetta, the legendary heroic-fantasy painter, who gave a face to Rober E. Howard’s Conan the Barbarian. During New York’s Toy Fair 2016, Kidrobot revealed those great new labbits inspired by Frazetta’s Death Dealer and Conan paintings. A project to follow for any collector out there, including, obviously, me !
