Follow the White Dragon

Between High Fantasy and Gothic art, I was blown away by the work of. Chinese illustrator Ya Lun ! His use of whites on the armors, scales of dragons, of mystic castles’ walls is simply mindblowing. The details, and the excellency of his work bring us to another world in an instant. I must confess I thought at first that it was 3D work, but it’s plain 2D, which makes it all the more impressive. I’m also a big fan of his vision of fantasy and global concepts, very refreshing and unusual.
