And one look at his portfolio alone validates the spirit of the cult series created in 2013 by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon,. Justin Noel’s art is a joyful patchwork of shapes, colors, all served by an exceptional talent for movement and art direction. It’s gooey, flowing, it explodes, it blows, and it works great!
