David Herbert : Sculptures

David Herbert is a sculptor who likes playing with icons of US pop culture. Which is quite good, because some of these icons are really geek ones ! Please admire his "Monarch" in his rocking-chair, his "Mystic Starship", not to forget his VHS Monolith or his "Dead Presidents Head" including Optimus Prime's one. His work is awesome, realized with cheap materials, and really fun and interesting. Please go on his site to get more info about his work. Enjoy ! Enjoy !

The Art of Tim Doyle (part 1)

Tim Doyle is both a geek, a self-made man, and a talented artist. Proof of the geek : he only survived in Dallas during his childhood because of video games and comic books. Proof of the self-made man : he created his own company, Nakatomi Inc, in 2009, before creating Nakatomi Print Lab with artist Clint Wilson. A great site if you like awesome framed posters. At last, as a proof of his talents as an artist, those awesome Obama's "Change" and "Hope" inspired posters. I will post an other article about  Tim Doyle's other talents later. Enjoy !
